KT #1409 Oct 2017
This time, last year I actually broke up with my girlfriend. She was smart, funny and beautiful.
I just felt I didn't need that in my life anymore.
She was in law school. I took her out to dinner. The bill came.
The bill came, she threw her credit card down, she said, "I'm not sleeping with you, I'm paying for this."
I said, "What?"
"You could have just not invited me back to your place. You didn't need to announce to the waiter and surrounding tables that you would have rather paid $160 than have sex with me."
